When I joined BC Pension Corporation, they had a newly commissioned brand that lacked cohesion. I was brought in to refine and expand it into a system that worked—supporting internal tools, member services, and executive communications. Working cross-functionally, I helped bring structure, clarity, and consistency to how the organization presented itself across platforms.
Over nearly eight years, I helped lead the evolution of the brand into a flexible visual system with clear guidelines and templates. Within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, I provided creative direction for photography, video, and design, and led UX research and UI design across web, intranet, and print—advocating for accessibility, consistency, and clarity at every stage.
