I’m a senior multidisciplinary designer who loves working with both pixels and people. I have a strong foundation in UX/UI, branding, layout, art direction, presentation design, and video production. Accessibility and inclusion are core to my practice and I’m passionate about designing with both strategy and empathy—balancing visual clarity with meaningful user experiences.

History taught me to ask better questions. Women’s Studies taught me whose questions tend to get left out. And two student publications, the Martlet and Emily, taught me to build a page on deadline, years before I called myself a designer.
Education
Nielsen Norman Group
UX Certification with an Interaction Design specialty
Five courses in UX fundamentals, interaction design, mobile, and visual design. It grounded me in industry standards and research methods, and I built on that foundation to shape a UX practice centred on intersectionality.

Accessible Graphic Design
Training in the standards that actually apply here: the Accessible Canada Act, WCAG 2.2, and CAN/ASC-EN 301 549:2024, plus accessible practice for colour, type, and documents. Accessibility is not a final check. It is a starting point.
